Arrival & Departure
Check in can occur once your apartment is ready. We attempt to accommodate early arrivals where possible and waiting time is kept to a minimum. However, cleanliness is our absolute priority, so your patience is appreciated. If you do arrive prior to your apartment being prepared, your luggage can be stored onsite whilst you go for a walk, enjoy one of the fantastic local restaurants or wander over to the park and beach across the road.
Expect to arrive early? Let us know beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate your early arrival.
If arriving outside of office hours, please follow the instructions below.
Standard office hours are:
Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Sundays and Public Holidays: 9am – 1pm
Proceed up the driveway or stairs to the front door. There is an intercom system. Dial ‘9’. Your call will go to an after hours service. They will open the front doors for you and direct you to safety deposit box on your immediate right inside the doors.
Here, you will need to pick up the phone above the safe and once again dial ‘9’. At this stage, they will provide you with the combination for the safe, where an envelope with your name will be located. Inside of the envelope are your room keys. It would be greatly appreciated if, at any time during the next day, you could make the staff aware of your arrival and formally check-in. If any problems arise during the late check-in process, onsite management is available.
Check-out time is 10am. Late check-outs may be possible at the discretion of management (extra charge may apply). If you are departing late, reception can store your luggage if you wish to leave for the day.
