Athletes from almost 50 nations are expected to compete in the ITU World Triathlon Grand Final this year, which will be held at Southport Broadwater Parklands on the sunny Gold Coast. The site last hosted the event in 2009.
The event features a wide spectrum of athletes including elites, under 23s, junior and elite paratriathletes as well as the under 23/junior mixed team relays, age group athletes, and open paratriathlon events.
